bleeding gums, but the immediate reason may be plaque. When plaque and
the bacteria build up too much, gum disease can result. Gum disease
affects the tissues that surround and support your teeth and can cause
mouth ulcers and long term tooth damage. A bleeding gums and gum
disease prevention may be necessary to avoid further health risks. This
includes regular brushing and flossing, eating the right food and
staying healthy, and also visiting your dentist twice a year to secure
teeth and gum health. Causes of bleeding gums
and gum disease can be prevented, and even with the options for
treatments and cures, prevention is still considered to be the best
cure.
