Who gets infected by bad breath?

August 5th, 2008

Bad breath often strikes people who don’t brush their teeth
regularly. The odor in bad breath is cause by decaying food particles in our
mouth. That is why it is very important to brush your teeth every meal to avoid
bad breath. Also, don’t forget to
brush your tongue to get rid of even more bacteria because most of the bacteria
in our mouth live at the back part of our tongue. Also, whether you believe it
or not, your best weapon against bad breath is your saliva. Have you even
wondered why your breath stinks in the morning? It’s because when we sleep,
saliva production slows, and that promotes dry mouth. Dry mouth is the reason
why we have bad breath in the morning.
