What triggers chronic fatigue?

June 18th, 2008

It is hard yet to determine the unknown cause of Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome
. But study shows that nutrient deficiencies, physical and
mental stress can trigger chronic fatigue. Other symptoms like being tired or
lack of energy and you don’t have any idea why as well as lack of sleep are
just very annoying. Simple symptoms like cough, frequent sneeze, and even
nausea are easy to take care but dealing with symptoms that is hard to
understand is very frustrating. Fatigue is an indication that something in our
physical or emotional part of our life is not right. It can be associated with
viral infection, anxiety, depression and stress. For the treatment of this
disease it should be evaluated and diagnosed by an expert physician because the
treatment strategy should depend and vary on immune function of the patient.
