What causes gingivitis?

Gingivitis is
commonly cause by a bacteria in the gum line that produces foreign chemicals
and toxins that causes inflammation of the gums. The inflammation cause by the
bacteria can lead to a much more serious dental problem such as periodontitis
if it is not treated right away. A regular visit to your dentist for cleaning
is a very helpful way in maintaining a health gums. Untreated gingivitis can
lead to tooth lose over the years. Gingivitis can easily be avoided with just a
regular proper oral hygiene. Brushing your teeth every meal is also an
effective way of avoiding any kind of gum diseases.
