Urinary Incontinence And Physical Activity linked together

Physical activities involved by older people aged 70 years and above have
beneficial effect to the occurrence of urinary incontinence commonly arise to
aging people. On this stage of life it is important that adults have high
physical movements because this can prevent involuntary urination that may just
happen.

Urinary
incontinence
occurs when there are changes in the body like development
from young adult to older. It can be triggered also by illnesses and general
problems with the nerves and muscles affecting bladder function. Urinary
incontinence may develop at any age but may be because of some condition like
if the person is underlying a medication. This can also be aggravated by
alcohol drinking, as well as taking antidepressants, sedatives, narcotics, and
diet medicines. To treat this condition may depend on the type of problem you
may have and would depend on your lifestyle. Some other treatment like Kegel
Exercise may eliminate urinary incontinence as well as doing pelvic muscle exercise.
