Constipation is passage of small
amounts of hard, dry bowel movements, usually fewer than three times a week.
People who are constipated may find it difficult and painful to have a bowel
movement. Other symptoms of constipation include feeling bloated,

causes. In most cases, constipation is temporary and not serious. When you are
constipated waste that is not removed can become toxic to the body as bad
bacteria builds causing headaches, moodiness, cancer, heart disease and lack of

find relief. The best natural method to prevent constipation is a healthy diet
rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, plenty of water and exercise.
