way of removing strain from the muscles. Applying ice pack the painful
area within 24 hours of injury can help inflammation and discomfort at
minimum. Also, you can take a hot bath, heat may help elasticity of the
muscles. Or you can get a massage. Relaxation can also help in reducing
the tightening of muscles due to emotional tension. Avoid twisting and
lifting heavy objects than to hurt yourself and miss three months of
work. Maintaining weight may help take the strain.
