Common cause of gingivitis

Gingivitis is commonly cause by a poor oral hygiene where
plaque builds up in the gum line and causes inflammation of the gums. Almost
all of us will experience gingivitis in one time in out life. Although there
are certain people who are genetically more vulnerable than others, especially
those people who smokes and drinks alcohol. Gingivitis can easily be prevented by just having a good regular
oral hygiene, eating a healthy diet, not smoking, and a regular visit to a
dentist. But in severe cases of gingivitis, treatment involves professional
teeth cleaning by a dentist to reduce the inflammation of the gums.

Experiencing gingivitis

People who are experiencing gingivitis usually have inflamed
gum tissues around their teeth. This is commonly caused by a bacteria found in
the gum line. The normal color of our gums is pale pink, it your gums appears
to be red and swollen, chances are you might be suffering from gingivitis or other dental health
problems. Also, your gums will easily bleed during tooth brushing if you have
gingivitis. For mild cases of gingivitis, patients might fill a little pain or
nothing at all; this is why some people who have gingivitis don’t know that
they already experiencing gingivitis until it deteriorate.
