A lot of factors and reasons can be caused by Insomnia.
Too much caffeine, stress, depression and medical problems can lead an
individual to suffer from insomnia. Individuals who are having insomnia may not
be able to fall asleep again when they wake up during the night, or they may
wake up in the morning too early. What will help you train your body to sleep
at night is by going to bed and wake up at the same time every day, including
weekends, even if you didn’t get enough sleep. The bedroom must be only used
for sleeping. Don’t eat, talk on the phone or watch TV while you’re in bed.
