Bad breath is a huge problem for those suffering from it. There are many causes and these include tobacco, coffee, spicy foods, medications, gum diseases and so on. Let Start With Food
Different foods can cause bad breath. The most common problem comes in the form of spicy foods. They tend to make your breath smell bad long after consumed. The odor can stay in your mouth for around one full day and brushing your teeth will not help at all. If you regularly consume foods like garlic, hot peppers, onions and similar ingredients, try to cut them from your diet, or at least reduce the intake, to see if this has a positive impact on your breath. Also, avoid spicy deli meats like salami and pastrami.
