twice daily with only mild soap or it can be baby soap. A moisturizer should
also be applied and after washing skin must avoid direct exposure to the heat.

which is recommended to eat more fruits and vegetables. To maintain healthy
skin “beauty rest” is recommended which is to get enough sleep and drinking a
lot of water to avoid dryness of skin. For smokers it makes their skin very dry
