fit and healthy is the most important aspect of our daily life and diet has a
big role in it. Through exercise our body energy increases and gets you moving.
To have a regular exercise we can maintain healthy weight and it is already an
essential part of a healthy lifestyle.

of stress may increase and ill health thus affecting our performance at work
because of lack
of regular exercise or no exercise at all. Although stress has been a
