not give importance to our dental

without professional check ups.

Practice
of good oral hygiene is simple and easy. It won’t take that too much
effort. Brushing and flossing twice a day and eating nutritious foods
and seeing your dentist for regular check ups makes a healthy teeth
and gums. Manual toothbrush needs to be change every after three
months and if you are experiencing gum disease it is needed to change
it after every four to six weeks for it contains bacteria that may
cause recurrence of the disease.

Remember
that gum diseases or periodontal diseases affects your total health.
Gum diseases are often the reason of tooth loss and is associated
with other health problems such as stroke and heart diseases.

Dental
check ups are very important. Not all bacteria present in your mouth
can be removed by just simply brushing and flossing, it may need
professional cleaning especially in hard to reach areas. Seeing your
dentist regularly may prevent dental health problems for early
symptoms may be detected. Gum disease and cavities may be caused by
what we eat or drink. Sugar and non- nutritional foods or drinks
produces acids that damages the tooth enamel.

If
bad breath causes dental problem then mouthwash is not a cure for it
for it will only mask the odor, brushing and flossing daily will
prevent the growth of bacteria that causes the bad odor in your
mouth. For sever cases seek professional recommendations from your
dentist, surely they can help you.
