gums is the part of our body that we may care less compared with our
bellies and thighs. We do not care about its appearance and how it
feels unless we feel a little discomfort.

sounds not that serious when we say that we have sensitive
gums
but mind you that it can cause a more serious gum disease.
You may nit expect it but one day you might suddenly can’t eat or
drink because taking hot and cold foods bother you now. And you are
facing with bloody and hurting gums whenever you brush your teeth and
when eating hard foods such as pop corns or raw vegetables.

Our
gums play a great role in supporting our teeth, and if the gums are
damaged they can’t perform their role properly and causing a change
in your dental health such as biting and unpleasant side effects

determine the cause of its mis behavior and the less you can get is

diseases are caused by bacteria stucked in the mouth. It all starts

disease. In addition, having a healthy diet such as including
