Warm Water Exercise Relieves Osteoarthritis Pain
Osteoarthritis is common to senior citizens especially in hip and knee. It
helps when they are doing aerobic and stretching exercise in warm water. It is
a very good activity to do that patient with osteoarthritis is relieved from
pain and daily chores are done. Hip and knee Osteoarthritis is a widespread
disease which is hard to treat because of the effects of the pain relief
medications and many factors affect the process. In the medication, weight
control, physical therapy and exercise is included. Exercise in the water shows
positive result to patient. This is known as hydrotherapy,
in which patients perform aerobics and stretching in the water heated up to 90
degrees Fahrenheit.
