Stop Chronic Bad Breath At All Cost!

March 19th, 2008

Bad breath or halitosis usually stems from one of two things - the
foods we eat and/or the bacteria living in our mouths. Bad breath odor
that comes from foods we eat only stays with us until our body
completely gets rid of the food, and therefore is not chronic bad
breath. Chronic bad breath,
however, is harsh bad breath that won’t go away. This can be the result
of bacteria located under plaque and food debris, in the pockets
between the teeth and gums, and in the hidden cracks of the tongue.
Because the tongue’s surface is exceptionally rough, large amounts of
sulfur compounds can accumulate in this area, making it a haven for
chronic bad breath germs. Although it’s more difficult to cure,
treatment is often very effective for people who have chronic bad
breath. Find the right treatment by consulting your dentist.
