suffered from headache. Headache can be provoked by various factors and
it can come in many different levels. Lack of sleep can cause headache

Try to relax yourself having a nice hot bath and try to push away
stressful thoughts from your mind. When tension leaves the body and so

sleep, rest allows you to conserve energy and revitalize the body as
well as it can help remove stress that causes headache.

Limit the consumption of coffee and refrain from smoking. These can
trigger migraine. Exercise can also help fight stress which causes
headache. Drinking adequate amount of water can also be a good way to
treat headache for it has a lot of health benefits to the body.
