How can we prevent knee injuries? Our knee has the largest joint in the body
and it gives flexibility and stability to the body. To prevent knee injuries
can be less painful than undergoing surgery. Some helpful tips on how to
prevent knee
injuries
were stretching and warm up before performing a full exercise.
Stretching the muscles can reduce tension on tendons and relieve the pressure
on the knee. Because our knees have several parts like bones, cartilage, muscles, ligaments, and tendons, all working as one if injured one of this part is inflamed or
damaged. Common causes for injuries are overuse (from repetitive motions, like
in many sports), sudden stops or twists, or direct blows to the knee.
