Proper Nutrition And Good Oral Hygiene Plays An Important Role In The Prevention Process of Gum Disease

health is not just have a uniqe relationship with sugar but there are
also other nutritional factors such as the eating frequency and
intake of low- acidity drinks, expsoure to fluoride such as
fluoridated water. Its not only that oral health is affected by diet
but the overall diet itself of a person. Having a poor nutrition can
also affect oral health, nutriotion and vitamin dificiency can occur
and may cause some gum disease.

Preventing
gum disease is simple and
easy. Proper oral health hygiene that includes brushing and flossing.
Having a proper and good nutriotion together with sufficient vitamin
intake will lead inot a gum disease free oral health.
