condition that has been a problem of many people. What causes
periodontal disease is the presence of dental plaque. Dental plaque
are the sticky, colorless and soft film of bacteria that sticks on
the surfaces of the teeth and gums. Plaque that is not removed can
lead to tooth cavities and periodontal disease.
What
causes dental plaque on teeth is the accumulation of bacteria and
other microorganisms with bacteria by- products and food particles.
Regular brushing of teeth and flossing prevents the build up of
dental plaque and as it progress different kinds of microorganisms
are formed. Plaque can produce acids that causes irritation in the
gums thus causing inflammation leading to gingivitis, periodontal
disease and worse is tooth loss.
Build
up of dental plaque can be prevented by having superior oral hygiene,
regular brushing and flossing of teeth will prevent bacteria from
forming into plaque and damaging the teeth and gums. Oral health
rinse is one best way to prevent it too. Using all-natural oral rinse
