Most people these days go to see a doctor every time when
something is wrong with their health. Most of us thought that those well
educated people have all the answers to what ails us. Every doctor is
different, but in the case of insomnia or sleeplessness, a prescription sleep
aid isn’t necessarily the only right thing to do. Some doctors are wise enough
to help you to look for a less medicated way to solve the problem. There are a
lot of good reasons to avoid the prescription sleep aid; one of them is its
side effects. Potential medication interaction, dependency and addiction are
