that back pain and slipped disks can be relieved by some simple pain relief
methods in most cases. Also, it is best that you should be educated
with the best position for relief when your back hurts is to lie on
your back on the floor. Be sure to place pillows under your knees bent
on your feet on a chair, or even just with your hips and knees bent.
Another good option for pain relief from backache is the usage of
heating pads. It is learned that heating pad can help relax the muscles
that are in pain. The use of ice packs and massages are also good
option.
