Nutrition For Kid: Eating Habits

August 19th, 2007

When it comes to nutrition for kid, some believe that you should
give vitamin and mineral supplement to your children. In fact, they
don’t need it. As long as they practice healthy eating habits, they
should receive sufficient nutrition for their health. A single meal
cannot determine your child’s health but your child’s eating pattern
can.

Some parents make a wrong assumption that high sugar intake is
responsible for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). They
believe that foods that are rich in sugar such as candies, gums, cake,
and ice cream can make your children hyperactive and irritable.
However, this assumption has not been proven medically.
