Insomniac routines before bedtime
The following factors can be the caused of insomnia; caffeine from coffee or
tea, stress, depression and medical problems. This is not a serious problem but
can make you feel tired and irritable. Concentration to the work may be hard
for person with insomniac condition. Adults need 7 to 8 hours of sleep every
night. But as we can observe that these sleeping hours may change as they grow
older and satisfied with the naps during the day.
Person with insomniac should know how to create techniques on how they are
able to help themselves of falling asleep. These are the techniques that
should be done before bedtime; take a warm bath because it help the
patient, read books, magazines, and other rituals before going to bed. This are
just alternative treatment for insomnia but can heal you.
