Important Eye Care Tips for Computer Users

lot of computer users are not aware how to take care of the most important part
of their body, the eye. Spending most of the time in front of the PC, should
start to protect the eyes from. Looking to the computer screen for long hours
could cause eye strain. It can cause also health problems which can affect our
work efficiency.
Simple ways to take care of the eye from stress is very helpful. Eye strain
can be avoided through correcting our posture in the workstation and using
special anti-glare screens. Eye exercises and other eye wears can help along
way with strain. Blinking more often is also an important solution for eye
strain and it can prevent dryness because tears spread over the surface.
Importantly, frequent breaks for about 10 – 15 minutes are recommended. And
computer screen must be eye level.
