How to maintain healthy normal skin

skin is balance in texture which the pores are fine
, smooth and soft to
touch, and it is never greasy and dry. Taking care of normal skin is very easy
and does not need an expensive treatment. Normal skin is advisable to wash
twice daily with only mild soap or it can be baby soap. A moisturizer should
also be applied and after washing skin must avoid direct exposure to the heat.

To maintain the condition of your skin, healthy food is taken
which is recommended to eat more fruits and vegetables. To maintain healthy
skin “beauty rest” is recommended which is to get enough sleep and drinking a
lot of water to avoid dryness of skin. For smokers it makes their skin very dry
that is why smoking is banned in public.
