How to fill up your lack of sleep

Insomnia literally means lack of sleep. It also refers to the inability to
fall asleep or the difficulty to fall asleep. Insomnia
also includes complaints about
waking up early. This disease becomes
alarming among the people in the city. Unable to get sleep makes the mind in
tension caused by nervousness, worries, overwork, and overexcitement. Other
causes of insomnia are smoking, constipation, overeating at night.

Insomnia treatment using Lettuce is beneficial because the veggie contains
a sleep-inducing substance, called ‘lectucarium’. Lettuce seeds are also useful
in insomnia and this is used as tea tablespoon of seeds should be boiled in
half a litre of water, till it is reduced by one-third. Milk is also an
important factor to help insomnia. Drinking a glass of milk every night before
bed time is a very good condition of the body to get sleep.
