Bleeding gums is commonly seen in people with poor oral
hygiene. This dental health problem is due to inflammation associated by the
accumulation of the plaque in the gum line. A simple plaque that is left
untreated can harden and becomes a tartar that can lead to a more serious
dental health condition. With gingivitis, your gums will appear to be swollen
and soft. Gingivitis can be treated
by going to a professional dentist and have a teeth cleaning procedure. Aside
from visit your dentist regularly for your daily clean up, it’s best that you
also maintain a good oral hygiene to insure a good dental health.
