Growth of Polyps, Bloody Constipation And Colon Cancer

December 6th, 2007

There are other, more troubling, potential causes of bloody
constipation: a polyp or perhaps even colon cancer. Polyps are
non-cancerous growths found inside the colon and will eventually begin
to bleed once they get to a certain size and are bumped by passing
waste. Polyps can become cancerous in some instances which is why you
need to consult with your physician at the first sign of bloody constipation. Both polyps and colon cancer are treatable if caught soon enough.
