Gain Fibromyalgia Defense With Adequate Sleep And Exercise

May 23rd, 2008

Chronic pain, fatigue, and problems, like bloating with the bowels are
some of the difficult symptoms associated with fibromyalgia. To address
these usually unbearable condition, you can help yourself by adding
exercise into your daily routine. It may be a bit painful and hard at
first, but before you know it, the pain in the joints is likely to
decrease and you will find yourself better rested at night. It also
doesn’t hurt that most people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and other
issues with the bowels often notice a decrease in their symptoms with
regular exercise. Chronic fatigue is an issue for most sufferers of fibromyalgia
as well. Since sleeping aids aren’t recommended, you will need to find
ways, along with exercise, to promote the best sleep you can get.
