Exercise in warm water can relieve pain

Patient with osteoarthritis problem is said to be relieved
through aquatic exercise known as “pool therapy.”
This is a widespread
disease that is hard to get an immediate relief. But patient can perform tasks
like aerobic dance and stretching to get easily relieved from pain. Water
heated to about 90 to 97 degrees is best for the patient aging more and more.
The relief of this illness should be known by an expert. This is only one way
of treating the pain cause by fatigue. Correct medication is needed by the
patient as well as behavior therapy to treat chronic fatigue syndrome.
