Exercise for Your Heart
Do you have heart problems?
It is time to go to the gym and begin lifting weights. Some weight training can
be good for them and the overturning wisdom that people with heart disease
should not pump iron. People who have disease in the heart benefited from
aerobic exercise, we are now learning that guided moderate training also has
significant benefits. Weight training gives everyday benefits and has been seen as not replacement
but a complementary to aerobic exercise. For people who have unstable heart
disease, weight training is not recommended, as well as uncontrolled high blood
pressure or heart rhythm disorders, infections in and around the heart, and
some other serious problems.
