Duplicate Missing Estrogen With Natural Replacement

December 6th, 2007

During the menopausal years in women, the estrogen in their body starts
to diminish which causes hot flashes. As a woman approach menopause,
her body no longer needs estrogen to help eggs develop and release as a
part of her monthly cycle. The body is a very practical machine. When
the need for estrogen lessens, it stops making so much of it. While the
ovaries might no longer need this hormone, its absence makes itself
felt in many ways. Estrogen helps to control her appetite, sex drive
and even her internal thermostat. To reduce hot flashes,
it makes sense that you need to harness the small amount of estrogen
your body is producing and direct it in the right way or you need to
duplicate the missing estrogen with a suitable replacement.
