some people having a dry
mouth is no big deal, but for some who are aware of its effects
is a serious health problem. Untreated dry mouth can lead into

intake of caffeine, alcohol and carbonated beverages is important in
preventing having a dry mouth.
Having
dental check ups is also important early signs and symptoms of oral
health problems can be diagnosed at its early stage thus preventing
it from progression. Still the most important is to practice proper
oral hygiene to prevent periodontal disease from occurring. And using
alcohol- free oral rinses can be a great help too in the prevention
process of periodontal disease.
