Controlling Bad Bacteria And Gum Disease Problems

Because saliva helps control anaerobic bacteria populations, any
activity or substance which induces dehydration should be avoided or at
least compensated with increased water intake. Some known
activities/substances known to increase odds of tooth and gum disease problems are: Drinking Coffee, Using Dietary Supplements, Drinking Alcohol and Excessive Exercise.
