Chronic Fatigue common to Fibromyalgia

June 18th, 2008

One of the most embarrassing symptoms of Fibromyalgia is chronic fatigue.
This symptom is very hard to figure out for the patient new to it and it is
difficult to diagnose what causes the fatigue. There are some patients that
learn to deal on how to fight the effects of this illness. Chronic fatigue may
show in a form of poor sleep, and sometimes in flu and cold. This illness may
attack an adult that is why they need more energy. This illness also affects
the relationship of the person to his family. What is good news to the patient
is the medications you can apply to improve the life of the patient. One
effective treatment that you can use daily is the needed exercise. Keeping the
consistency of physical activity can help encourage restful sleep. Chronic
fatigue and fibromyalgia
are often linked so stop using weird facial
expressions that may hurt sometimes.
