medical condition including cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.

of gum disease are usually neglected unless pain and discomfort are

your dentist at least twice a year is one way of preventing gum

the proper oral health care products such as toothpaste and mouthwash
is also important especially if you do have sensitive gums or

for they do not contain harsh chemicals that may further cause
irritation and damage to your gums and teeth.
