Back pain should not come and go
Everyone can experience low back pain at any time. The lower back is located
between the upper and lower body, and it carries most the body’s weight. To

posture when walking, setting and even just standing. Regular exercise like
swimming and biking will give a big help to condition the body and muscles. For
ladies, wearing low-heeled shoes is also a good support. Getting an effective
