Avoid Skin Irritants, Carefully Prevent Eczema Outbreaks

Eczema is very common in adults and children. The appearance of eczema
may occur during infancy. Even though there is no cause for the disease
yet it has been affecting individuals who have bloodline that carries
the history of genetic allergies. Heredity may play an important role
in the development of eczema and may be triggered by environmental
factors. Allergic rhinitis and asthma can be suffered by eczema
sufferers. By the time they are at the age of 5 and 15 years old,
children born with eczema can be able to outgrow the skin condition.
Although others may carry the disease throughout their lives. Through
simple precautions, eczema
can be prevented and can be avoided. Help prevent frequent flare ups
and reduce the severity of the disease by these imperatives:
* moisturize the skin frequently
* avoid temperature change
* avoid activities that easily make you sweat
* try stress reduction technique
* avoid materials that are rough and scratchy
* avoid soaps that are harsh
* avoid things that can trigger skin allergies
* avoid foods that cause allergy outbreaks
