A Good Diet for Your Kids

Part of your responsibility as a parent is to teach your children how to
lead healthy lives. This will ensure they lead healthy lives
as adults. It is best to start training children to have healthy habits when they are young,
before they develop bad habits. It is important that you practice what
you preach, if you expect your children to learn healthy habits. Its good if
you tell them what they should do, but it is even better if they see you making
healthy decisions too. Make sure that your family has a routine to exercise.
Take a walk, visit the community pool or go for a bike ride together. Encourage
your children to participate in extracurricular activities.
